Surgery is a fabulous tool, it will help you lose weight like no diet or exercise program ever has. However, there is always a complicated mix of underlying emotional, psychological and physiological reasons for the weight gain in the first place and without eliminating the reasons that your mind has for keeping the weight and changing your relationship with food you risk regaining weight after the surgery. Put yourself first and be ready to change your life forever.

Is surgery enough?

What no surgery can help you with
error_outline

It wont stop you eating chocolate, crisps, cake etc. The surgery changes the size of your stomach but it doesn’t stop you making inappropriate choices.

error_outline

It wont stop you sabotaging your success because of underlying fears of change.

error_outline

It wont stop that constant brain hunger and obsession with food, calories, diets and guilt.

error_outline

It wont fill the fridge with nourishing foods and plan your meals so that you always have things to eat and are not tempted to eat less appropriate choices.

error_outline

It wont make you get up in the morning and exercise.

It wont stop you feeling uncomfortable, bored, lonely, sad and you wont be able to eat food to relieve these feelings, or if you do you will sabotage your success.

I am sorry that surgery is not the silverbullet you thought it would be. It is not a quick fix that will do everything for you. The reality is it will help you have a stop button and you will lose weight in the first 12 months, but if you struggle with those things listed above the chance is that you will regain some of your weight. I tell you this, because I have been through it and I want you to succeed. That is why I created this website, my YouTube channel and all the other resources. I hope you enjoy my content and let me help you on your quest for success.
